quick route from stowe to bellow falls

hi,
we are staying in stowe on 7 and 8 but on 9 morning we want to take foliage train from bellow falls...could you tell me any quick route from stowe..

I-89 south to I-91 south to Bellows Falls. On the way back to stowe you could take route 103 to Ludlow and route 100 north to Stowe.
