Hello. We plan to be in the Windsor, VT area October 8th-12th. Does anyone know if that is a good time to hit peak this year as we hear it is arriving early? Thanks!

You will be close. Best color may be southwest of Windsor. The Connecticut does tend to turn a little later.

Thank you! We are so afraid of missing it by a week, but can't get there prior to the eve of the 8th. I hope we still can hit peak as one year we made it to late :(

Have either of you folks been down to Grafton,Vt.? Great little place to visit. Nice cheese factory south of the village on the Townshend road. From the cheese factory, finish the Townshend Road to route 35 and south to Townshend. Take route 30 north to route 100 south. Take route 100 south to route 9 in Wilmington. Take route 9 east to Brattleboro. You can take I-91 north back "home" or if you have time take route US 5 north instead. It's a nice ride now that the interstate has taken all the traffic.

Has anyone else noticed a problem in the transfer of posts at all? I just noticed in the one I sent when I preview it all the spelling on my end is correct, yet it transfered as incorrect letters. I guess I will e-mail the site administrator to let them know.

Hi,
We also are planning to visit the Stowe region From 5-7 oct. After reading the foliage reports I was wondering will it be too late for us to see the foliage. I am really excited about this trip.

Thanks
Ruchika
