I've only been down as far as Tunbridge last weekend and it looked early. It should be coming along this weekend. Have you ever done the Cloudland Road off the River road in Woodstock. Nice ride. The Old Kings Highway/Ranger road off Cloudland is good also and ends up on the West Hartford/Quechee Road.

Woodstock colors started to turn on Sunday, (the last day I was there) There was a big difference from Saturday to Sunday. This weekend should be the best of all the October weekends for Woodstock. Rt. 106 south from Woodstock was also progressing nicely (including Jenne's farm) and elevation is important on this road. Along with Clodland farm road you may wish to try Church Hill Road from Woodstock to South Woodstock. Only problem in this area is the leaf drop is a little more then it should be. I will be there again tomorrow to check again.

I drove through Woodstock yesterday- the color is nice, but there are some bare trees in that area.
I drove down route 100A today- GREAT color- route 100 south of 4 to Ludlow is also looking very nice and there is good color in the Killington region.
Although there are some bear tress in areas, the overall color in this general area (Killington, Ludlow, Mendon, Plymouth) is the best I've seen in several years.
