VT Route 4 Rutland to NH

I drove across Route 4 (rutland-killington-woodstock-quechee)last night and the color is looking pretty good- not peak, but looks like it will approach peak this coming weekend. It does look like there are some leaves down on some of the stressed/roadside trees, but there is still a LOT of leaves left and color to come.

I am in NH for the next few days (Lebanon area) and this area is showing some very nice color as well-it's earlier than usual, but seems like it will be bright!

I don't know what any of it will look like in the coming days, but the color is already much better than most of what I saw last year!
