Hi Guys,

Someone please help. I am getting confused. I don't know where should I head for the weekend... should it be southern vt, berkshires or white mountain region? Any idea where can I find the best colors. I am going crazy.

Thanks,
Steve

Northwest Vermont north of route 15 and est of route 108 is showing some good color. Even I-89 near my rest area in St.Albans is colorful right now. We do have coffee at our rest areas but we may be out of Pumkin Spice by Saturday.

Steve,
Did you look at the pictures Joni posted of the White Mountains area? Maybe you could get someone here to give you a good route that could include parts of central Vermont east to NH. I think it is only about 90 miles from Stowe to Lincoln NH where the Kangamangus Highway starts. I am certainly no expert here but her pictures were gorgeous.

Sharan, that is a good suggestion. Guys, any recommendations here? What would be good route?

Thanks

From the Stowe area, go to Barre and pick up route 302(main street in Barre) and drive that to route 112 about 2 miles north of Woodsville NH. That will take you to Lincoln,NH. The 'triangle' of routes 112,302, and 3/I-93 gives you the Kancamaugus highway,Crawford Notch and Franconis Notch.
