Foliage Color is coming on fast

Just drove from Burlington to Newport in the Northeast Kingdom. Foliage color is right on schedule, maybe coming on several days faster than at the same time last year. I stopped off at Lake Eden which can offer some nice viewing on a sunny day. Unfortunately it was cloudy and rainy . But, you can get an idea of what the color is like as off September 26th

Those colors look awful,don't see any color there at all--But a lot of cold nights are coming soon, which should ramp things up a bit--Hope the Drought doesn't affect the colors at all
