If you have not received a response to your sign up request, it may be that my mail server was blocking all interactions. This problem has now been fixed for future sign ups, but of course, previous sign ups still have the problem. Therefore, if you fall into this category, please send an email to me at publish@pbpub.com contain your username. I will then reset your password, which will cause the the forum program to send out another email to you with the password reset link.
