Hello,

I am from Maryland and I will be travelling to Vermont tonight. For driving comfort, I booked a hotel room at Albany, NY. I am planning to drive from there. After reading few of the posts about South-central vermont, here is my trip plan. Please give me your suggestion on this.

Albany - Bennington on Rt. 7
Bennington to Granville on Rt. 7, 4 and 100 (or 100A)
Granville to Middlebury - VT 125
Middlebury to Burlington
Burlington to Albany

I am stopping at Granville to see Moss Glenn Falls. I just have one day to make this trip. I would appreciate any comment, even if it is small, in making this trip better.

Thanks in advance.

I agree with BM. Besides if you want to see Moss Glens Falls you have to go past route 125.

:D What BM said about Vermont "looking" small but taking a long time to get there. Last year, my buddy and I looked a map, judged the mileage and figured how long it would take us. We were uniformly off by close to a 50% factor. By the end of the week, we had a new term: "Vermont Miles."

It didn't take you long to figure that out did it?
