Photographing the Arlington Covered Bridge

Just wondering how people get the perspective on this bridge after visiting the location (in the rain).
How does one get that photo that looks as if it is taken on a hill above the bridge?
The location actually has a steep, wooded hill where the photo would have to be taken to get the Norman Rockwell house and the Church in behind the bridge. I did not see a way to get up on this hill to take the photo but obviously, there is a way. Hope someone here knows it!!!
