Hello everyone,
Based on the latest foliage reports I am seeing on this site,it appears that you folks in Vermont have been seeing above normal temperatures for this time of year, thus slowing down the progression of the foliage. My wife and I are scheduled to be staying in Stowe during the Oct 6-9th time frame. Several people had been telling me that I was probably a bit far North for peak color, however based on the warmer temperatures, are our chances of seeing good color in the Stowe area looking better now for that time frame? I realize it's impossible to know for sure this far ahead, just asking for some opinions. Thanks for your response. Hi Kerry!

Stowe will be a good choice. If it is past peak foliage it will be only a short distance south of there. There will still be a lot of good color in the Stowe area, just not as many reds and oranges. If you have a room stick with it. Foliage is easier to find than rooms at that time.
