Vermonters have received state approval to start socializing again on a limited basis, with an easing of social distancing restrictions that allows “limited social interactions.” If you are planning on visiting Vermont at this time, you are still expected to self quarantine for 14-days in advance of your visit. Governor Scott says more adjustments to lodging restricitons will be revealed at the end of this week. Mr. Scott has continued to emphasize that the easing of restrictions is for Vermont residents only and not for visitors from out of state. Starting May 22, lodging establishments will be allowed to take in guests from Vermont and “non-residents who can verify they have met the 14-day quarantine requirement,” according to the Agency of Commerce and Community Development
