I just wanted to take the time to thank everyone on this forum for helping me create a wonderful trip for my daughter and myself. I couldn't have done it without all of you!! We went on many backroads that we would have never known about without you, so I truly appreciate all your inside info.
I spent several months planning our trip but as each day went by, we found ourselves just exploring and enjoying the beauty of Vermont therefore sometimes ignoring what was on the list. What a treat that was for us!! It also gives me an excuse to come back and do some of the things we didn't get done
We found a couple of places that my daughter said "I wanna move here"! So that was alot of fun to know that she loves it as much as I do! I'm not sure I will get to come back next year as we are taking granddaughter to DisneyWorld and will be celebrating our 40th anniversary but I will be living Vermont through your post and pics
Thanks again for all your help.....keep up the good work and if there is ever another sov meet up, I would love to come!!
A big Thank You!!

Hi Colorado Mom! What a sweet thing to post! So very appreciated and I'm really happy your trip turned out so well. And the fact that your daughter loved it too must have made it that more special! I'm sorry we never got to get together at Peacham or Stowe, but there is always another year, whenever you can make it.
I also made a lot of diversions from my "to do list, AKA Vermont bucket list" but I did manage to hit quite a few this year. I will be adding more I am sure! I'm going to work on a "Hiking in Vermont Bucket List" over the winter season as this has become my new passion.
I am sure I will be back in Peacham for a week, but am seriously considering 3 or 4 days in Woodstock next year. I hope your time there was stellar.
Happy 40th anniversary to you and stay in touch on the forum when you have time! It was great to see your many posts and questions; your enthusiasm is contagious!
Happy Holidays to you and your family! CT
