Flash Flood watch out today so I'm pretty sure the drought is about over

100% chance of rain tomorrow for the whole state, further helping to put a dent in the drought

More rain tonight and tomorrow--think only the NW quadrant of the state is below average rainfall wise, everybody else is getting plenty of rain now
