Scenes of Vermont Forums

We are planning to visit Vermont from 5-7 Oct and was wondering which places/routes offer the best foliage view. Also could you please tell me of any nice train rides that offer good foliage view there.How is Lamoille Valley?

Colors should be near the end of the peak period up there. sould be real nice. The only train ride close to there is the Champlain Valley Weekender in Burlington. Go to google and type in "Green Mountain Flyer" for all their schedules.
