Your travel pics are truly a work of art. I don't know if I've ever seen better. My wife and I were in Vermont at the same time you were there and of course it was beautiful. I also have traveled a lot, and Vermont is the most peaceful place I've ever visited. Perhaps one day you can visit the Southeast and the state of Alabama.

Thanks and nice to meet you. I agree with your considerations on Vermont, I've had a very pleasant time there and the foliage was simply superb. I hope to visit Alabama one day... very interesting and different nature, beautiful to capture on pictures. Great Pictures! I was told that it was past peak and I am glad I visited anyway. I got there Oct. 21 and it was beautiful. Just like your pictures show, it was just perfect. You captured the beauty of color. Thanks for sharing them.

Hello and thanks for sharing your experience. Indeed this year the foliage was one of the latest and longest of the last 40 years, as stated on several web sites, with beautiful colors lasting up to the end of October. I have wonderful memories, it is a paradise for naturalists and photographers. Best Regards, Luciano.

quote:
Originally posted by Suz:
Great Pictures! Thank you so much, I'm very glad to know that you like my pictures. I love the sensation of peace and serenity that I have looking at scenes from Vermont, especially those from fall and winter. I've made larger posters of the best pictures for my living room, they are very nice! Best Regards, Luciano.

quote:
Originally posted by robindean:
I just want to say thank you for your beautiful pictures of vermont..I haven't been there since i was a little girl and i am now in my 40's, but my dad used to take us up there every year to see the pretty fall foliage..Now that i am older i miss that and get the vermont life magazine to see the pictures of vermont, but i will have to tell you, your pictures were so beautiful they looked so professional they look like they belong in a book or a magazine...Thank you again for sharing those wonderful photographs of vermont it really made my day...
