Best time of the year once again

Hi all my foliage freaks I am basing out of White River Junction this year looking for areas we aren't so familiar with. Early in the month I was overjoyed with the cooler temperatures but the past week has been way too hot for me and my beloved trees. How are we looking for October 2 thru 6? I would love any suggestions for good restaurants, cider donuts, must sees and beautiful drives even if they involve GASP NH Lol. I can't wait

Thank you Carol. Yes the lovely weather is back and I am so happy. I know I am going over to Polly's for some great pancakes. I will check out Best of Vermont. This is the most friendliest site I've ever checked in to
