I'd like to know where those pictures were taken also, especially the first and fourth one.

Thanks for the photos, srikar. You might want to resize them to a little more "web-friendly" size. They would be easier to see and would also load more quickly.

I, too, would love to know where the were shot.

If it sounds too good to be true, its probably . . . .

Please excuse me for my relatively bad memory. We have driven a lot in VT and Northern NH those 4 days that I can't give you the exact roads these pics were taken although I remember a few of them.

Wentworth, I have seen your pics and really liked them. Thanks for sharing.

abby and Andy, to answer your questions.

Pic 1 : A backroad I don't remember in Killington. We had the GPS in the map mode n found some perfect backroads and just went into them. I was awed by the foliage display that I never bothered to look at which road it was. Maybe I'll make a note next time.
Pic 2: On VT 232-S from US-2 to Gronton.
Pic 3: Peacham Pond Rd on VT 232
Pic 4: Wallace Pond on VT-114. The other side of the pond is Canada.
Pic 5: Don't remember. Guess it was on VT-114, but not sure.
Pic 6 : US-3 in the Connecticut lakes region of Northern NH
Pic 7 : I guess this was one of the entry roads into the Second Connecticut lake on US-3 in Northern NH
Pic 8: Don't remember
