Scenes of Vermont Forums

A friend of mine was up in Vermont last weekend and he told me that people there told him the colors this year are a bit dull due to the weather. Is this true?

How are the colors in the areas of East Corinth and E Orange and places near woodstock now?

I wish to take shots of farms scenery in the Cloudland Road near woodstock. Do they still exist? And when is the best time to visit there? Here is a link of most of the snaps I would love to get. I have read in David Middletons book that you can get a lot of scenic farms in the cloudland road. Is that right?

I too am planning the same. What kind of SUV are you looking into.

I did camp once. I think it will be similar except that you dont have to putup the tent and take it down each time. You can go to a campground and pay around $15. You can use the restrooms and I think it s a safer place

First of all I dont think there are any points where you can get a sunset. Especially we are in the east coast so that would be a difficult think. You have some great shot, but my only feel is that most of them are not sharp. Under cloudy skies after the rain the colors pop out and you have some great shots.

What about woodstock? How is the weather and foliage there?

I am planning to come by 12 to 16th
But it says its going to rain again on next friday and saturday and the rest of the days in between will have little rain..
