I went to Vermont last weekend. Before my trip, I got tremondous help from this board. Unfortunately the weather was pretty bad, and probably I took the wrond road. Before my trip, I thought that my best best would be anywhere between Rutland and Burlington, so I took Rt 7 from Bennington to Burling...

You guys keep changing your words. What the heck! You guys put me everyday 3 hours on the computer to figure out my routes this coming weekend. I guess I am gonna explore a litte bit myself. I will get off highways, I will look for roads with "hill", "mountain", "lake", etc. Of course, I am just kid...

Hi, BM, Thank you very much for the help along the way. Few questions on your top 10 for you (and other people who know the area) > 1. Peacham/Barnet/Danville area-most beautiful > part of the state IMO. Will the peak still there this weekend? I'd love to go to Peacham pond and Grofton State Forest....

Thanks, PWT. I saw snow geese early this year in PA. Theer were 25000 there at that time. Right now I am looking for photo opportunity of flying snow geese with flaming foliage. According from the threads on this forum, the coming weekend the peak will be at the South of I-89 and Rt2 but not for high elevations. Is this a safe bet?
